BIKY Tokens
The meter for what the board's artificial intelligence consumes: the chat, the signal of the day, the diagnoses, the ad ideas, the chat mining, the nickname and the dictation.
It is not the same as your conversations' consumption
The agent's conversations on WhatsApp and in Smart Chat are measured in their own system and paid separately, through your account's plan. What this tab shows is only this module's AI.
What a BIKY Token is
The unit that measures all the text the AI processes: about 4 characters, roughly three quarters of a word in English. It counts both what it reads and what it writes.
| Term | What it is |
|---|---|
| Tokens sent | Everything travelling to the AI in each request: the account's analytics, the working instructions and, in the chat, the whole thread of the conversation. It is always the biggest column. |
| Tokens received | The answer: the text you see on screen. Usually much smaller, because the answer does not drag the context along. |
| Calls | Each individual request, whatever its size. Opening the signal of the day, asking for a diagnosis or sending a message in the chat each count as one call. |
Why a long conversation costs more
Every message in the same thread sends everything before it again, because that is what lets the AI follow along. Ten short questions in separate conversations consume considerably less than ten chained messages. If you are changing subject, it pays to start fresh.
What spends it
Everything in the module that thinks: Biky chat, signal of the day, diagnoses, ads, chat mining, nickname and dictation.
The table breaks them down by period, so you can see where the month went. Typically the signal of the day weighs far more than the chat: it is generated on its own, every day, for every account.
The courtesy and the plan
New accounts start with a welcome courtesy of 2 million BIKY Tokens. A bar shows how much you have used and how much is left.
When it runs out, the account needs a plan to carry on using the board's AI; the Choose a plan button leads to getting one. The rest of the Scoreboard — the numbers, the funnel, the goals — does not depend on this: what stops is the part that thinks.
Who spent it
A table per user with how many calls they made, how many tokens they consumed and each one's share of the total. It is there for the usual reason: understanding an expensive month.
The top spot almost always goes to the agent itself, not a person — because the signal of the day is generated automatically for every account, every day.
It is read-only accounting
Nothing is edited or topped up here: it is the record of what already happened. Payments and balance live in Billing.
