Scoreboard

The month's scoreboard. Where Metrics answers what happened, Scoreboard answers one question: are you going to hit the goal, and what do you do tomorrow if you aren't?

It is built to be read standing up, in a ten-minute meeting: every number comes with what it is measured against and whether you are on pace or behind.

It is built for dealerships

The module's vocabulary — dealerships, brands, OEM, show, demo, pre-sale, invoice — comes from the automotive KB System. If your account is in another industry, the funnel steps are yours.

The header

What sits at the top, and applies to every tab:

ElementWhat it is
The monthThe period you are looking at. The dropdown brings earlier months so you can compare closings.
TODAYA bar with how far into the month you are: September 1 to 14 · 47% of the month · 12 working days left to play. It is the reference for everything: being at 30% of the goal on the 5th is fine, on the 25th it is not.
LIVEThat what you are seeing keeps updating on its own.
REPORTDownloads the scoreboard to present it or send it.
Your accounts / View one accountSwitches between the consolidated view and a single dealership.

The two views

View one account is a single dealership's view: what a manager uses for their floor. It carries the full detail — the diagnosis, the sources, the campaigns, the The product tab and the Biky chat.

Your accounts is the consolidated view, for groups and OEMs running several dealerships. It adds up every account you pick and adds filters by country, OEM, group and brand; each filter has a NONE to clear it. The top tells you how many accounts you are looking at (150 accounts · 6 countries · 23 groups · 21 brands).

Not every account is in there

The consolidated view leaves out accounts with no invoice in the last two months, and tells you how many were left out. It is deliberate — a dealership that hasn't sold in months drags everyone's averages down — but it explains why the total doesn't match how many accounts you think you have.

The snapshot of the day

The numbers are not recalculated on every click: the module works off a snapshot, and tells you what time it was read (Snapshot of the day, read at 6:42 p.m.). Refresh takes a new one.

That is what lets the board be read as a group without the numbers shifting under you while you talk.

The signal of the day

At the bottom, always visible, one line with the only thing that matters today: "14 invoices out of 200 and 12 days left: the pace calls for 15.5 a day. Tomorrow go after the 178 appointments with no show."

It comes from crossing your goal with your progress and with the funnel step losing the most. It is the whole board in one sentence.

The chat

In the single-account view you can talk to the agent about that analytics: ask why a step dropped, which dealership is falling behind, what to do about a number. In the consolidated view it is disabled — you have to pick an account.

What that chat consumes is measured in BIKY Tokens.
